I was commissioned by the new owners of Manor by the Lake (an exclusive-use wedding venue in Cheltenham) to set up and run their social media. The team was completely new and so there was a strong element of rolling up sleeves and getting stuck in. An initial audit established how I might best communicate the marketing aims of the owners to their prospective clientele through social media. We established their USP in the competitive market for weddings and hospitality in the Cotswolds. I set up their accounts and provided three months of social media management, before handing over the accounts to the newly-established marketing team.
