Digital Marketing for The National Trust

I was employed on a short term contract to provide digital marketing services for The National Trust. I was live-posting to their Facebook and Twitter feeds; responding to posts mentioning the organisation, while preserving their reputation and creating copy that followed their key messaging. This was an excellent opportunity to gain an insight into the way a large organisation manages its social media. I also gained a great deal from seeing how it promotes hospitality and tourism nationwide while respecting the heritage it exists to protect.
